建井工程中一种常用的完井方法是坐放一个可取式或永久式生产封隔器 ,来封隔和控制来自生产层的压力和液体。为了提高效率 ,优选的封隔器坐封方法是采用一趟起下管柱水力系统。封隔器用生产油管一趟管柱下井。将一电缆或连续油管盲塞下到封隔器下方的坐放短节中 ,以封堵油管 ,随后封隔器利用水力压力得以坐封。一趟起下管柱水力系统要求修井作业 ,这可能要消耗掉 12~ 4 8h的钻机占用时间 ,而且还会引发出电缆或连续油管及相关工具落井的风险。一个能满足上述要求更为合适的坐放系统 ,不仅具备了现有一趟管柱水力系统的所有特点 ,而且无需堵住油管柱和进行相关的井下作业 ,具有这些能力的是两种最新的、一趟起下管柱、遥控的静液压完井系统。其中一个系统依靠压力脉冲通信实现启动 ;另一系统依靠井的绝对压力启动。这两种系统目前正应用于墨西哥湾、大西洋海域、北海和南阿根廷 ,在巴西和菲律宾还有其他的井已列入完井计划。
A commonly used method of well completion in well construction is to place a reusable or permanent packer to seal off and control the pressure and liquid from the production floor. In order to improve efficiency, the preferred packer setting method uses a tripped string hydraulic system. Packer with production tubing trip pipe down well. Blind down a cable or coiled tubing to the stub at the bottom of the packer to plug the tubing and the packer is then set hydraulically. A trip to the pipe string hydraulics requires workover work, which can consume up to 12 to 48 hours of rig life, but also the risk of a cable or coiled tubing and related tools falling into the well. A more suitable seating system that meets the above requirements not only possesses all of the features of a conventional column and column hydraulic system but also eliminates the need to plug the tubing string and perform associated downhole operations. Two of these capabilities are available, A trip down the string, remote control of the hydrostatic completion system. One of the systems relies on pressure pulse communication for activation; the other system relies on the absolute pressure of the well to start. The two systems are currently being used in the Gulf of Mexico, the Atlantic Ocean, the North Sea and southern Argentina, with additional wells in Brazil and the Philippines included in the completion plan.
