Two novel rare earth complexes [Tb (m MBA) 3phen] 2 · 2H2O and TbY (m MBA) 6 (phen) 2 · 2H2O were synthesized and doped into the conductive polymer PVK for organic electroluminescent devices Of the light-emitting layer, thus improving the film forming properties and conductivity of the complex.
