采用有限单元方法,建立了开启桥钢桥面铺装体系复合结构模型,计算了在通车运营及通航开启2种状态下的铺装层应力,并通过室内试验测试了完全固化和室温自然养生等2种养生条件下的复合结构层间剪切强度。研究结果表明,开启状态下的铺装层与钢板之间层间剪应力增加幅度明显大于通车运营条件下的计算结果,开启桥钢桥面适宜采用厚度为30~40 mm的沥青混和料铺装层;通车运营及通航开启2种工况下的铺装层与钢板之间层间剪应力随着铺装模量的增加都呈明显上升趋势,建议铺装层施工应在高温条件下进行,通车及开启前的养护阶段都应保持高温条件。
The finite element method is used to establish the composite structure model of the bridge deck decking system.
