阐述了结构各子系统间的功率平衡方程,介绍了半无限流体方法的基本假设,利用统计能量分析(SEA)及半无限流体方法,建立了轿车车外噪声预测模型;通过有限元方法、稳态能量流方法和理论计算方法,分别确定了轿车SEA模型子系统的模态密度、内损耗因子和耦合损耗因子;通过试验和计算流体动力学方法确定了轿车SEA模型的激励;对施加激励后的模型进行了车外噪声分析预测,并将预测结果与试验结果进行了对比。结果表明:采用SEA和半无限流体方法对车外噪声预测,不仅可以得到可靠的预测结果,简化建模步骤,而且能够满足工程上汽车产品在开发设计阶段对车外噪声预测的要求。
The power balance equation between subsystems of the structure is expounded. The basic assumptions of the semi-infinite fluid method are introduced. By using the statistical energy analysis (SEA) and the semi-infinite fluid method, the prediction model of the car noise outside the car is established. By the finite element method State energy flow method and theoretical calculation method were used to determine the modal density, internal dissipation factor and coupling loss factor of sedan SEA model sub-system respectively. The excitation of sedan SEA model was determined through experiments and computational fluid dynamics. Model of the noise analysis and prediction of the car, and the prediction results and the test results were compared. The results show that using SEA and semi-infinite fluid method to predict the noise outside the vehicle can not only obtain reliable prediction results and simplify the modeling steps, but also meet the requirements of engineering vehicle products in the design and prediction of noise outside the vehicle.
