劳动定额是指在一定的生产技术和管理条件下,生产一定数量的产品所必须消耗的时间或一定时间内生产合格产品的数量。它主要有两种基本形式:一是产量定额,即劳动者在单位时间内应完成的产品数量。二是时间定额,即劳动者生产单位产品必须消耗的时间。劳动定额管理是现代化企业管理的重要内容之一,是编制计划、合理组织生产、实行经济核算、贯彻按劳分配原则的重要依据。当前铁路企业真正实行劳动定额管理的工种不多,对劳动定额认识还存在很大偏差。
Labor quota refers to the amount of time that must be consumed to produce a certain quantity of product under certain production technology and management conditions or the quantity of qualified product produced within a certain period of time. It basically has two basic forms: First, production quota, that is, workers in the unit of time should be completed the number of products. Second, the time quota, that is, workers must spend the unit of production time. Labor quota management is an important part of modern enterprise management. It is an important basis for formulating plans, rationally organizing production, implementing economic accounting, and implementing the principle of distribution according to work. At present, there are not many kinds of jobs that the railway enterprises really implement the labor quota management, and there is still a big deviation in understanding the labor quotas.
