目前,在我国绝大多数学校,对教师工作的评价是采用“传统法”,即实行平时考察与定期考核相结合,个人鉴定与群众评议相结合。其一般程序是教师个人总结,群众评议,领导拍板定论。这种评价方法虽具有一定弹性,有一定可取之处,但终不是理想的评价方法,它有其难以克服的弱点。根本原因在于这种方法,没能获得被评价者主动的参与,没能摆脱神秘的桎梏,缺乏评价信息的及时反馈,纯定性的经验式评价居于主导地位,评价主体的素质和个人感情起着举足轻重的作用。考评的科学性差,准确性低,带有主观随意性。信度很低,
