钢中的残余元素问题是钢铁冶金面临的重要问题之一,高性能新钢种必须考虑残余元素的有害影响。涟钢矿石来源多而杂,导致铁水中As,Cu,Pb,Sn,Sb等残余元素增加。从残余元素(As,Cu,Pb,Sn,Sb等)对涟钢热轧卷、冷轧卷表面质量和力学性能的影响进行分析。分析结果表明:送检的热轧卷发现表面氧化铁与试样基体的界面有铜的富集;晶界处铜的富集会成为热轧卷产生裂纹的原因之一;冷轧卷酸洗后表面有黑点,黑点处发现有Cu,As,Sn,Sb等残余元素的富集;对特定时期的热轧卷力学性能进行多次逐步回归分析发现Sb对屈服强度有显著的负相关。
Residual elements in steel is one of the most important problems facing steel metallurgy. New high-performance steel grades must consider the harmful effects of residual elements. Cold rolled pickling There are dark spots on the back surface, and the enrichment of residual elements such as Cu, As, Sn and Sb are found on the black spots. Multiple stepwise regression analysis on the mechanical properties of HRC at a specific period shows that Sb has a significant negative correlation with yield strength .
