目的:研究荜茇挥发油非皂化物和水提物对大鼠高血脂的影响,初步探讨荜茇降血脂的有效部位。方法:建立大鼠高血脂模型,采用荜茇挥发油非皂化物和去油水提物灌胃,连续30d,治疗结束后,采集大鼠血清,用半自动生化仪测量TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C的值,计算肝系数,并作病理学观察。结果:荜茇挥发油能显著降低高脂血症大鼠对TC、HDL-C、LDL-C。水提液则可降低LDL-C。大鼠肝脏切片与模型对照组大鼠相比,挥发油治疗组肝细胞浊肿明显减轻。结论:荜茇挥发油非皂化物具有显著的降血脂作用。
Objective: To study the effect of non-saponification material and water extract of volatile oil of Emu owl on hyperlipidemia in rats, and to study the effective sites of anti-hyperlipidemia. Methods: The model of hyperlipidemia in rats was established. The rats were administered with unsaponifiable matter of volatile oil of Emu owl and the extract of degreasing water for 30 days continuously. After the treatment was finished, the serum of rats was collected and the contents of TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL -C value, calculate the liver coefficient, and make pathological observation. Results: Emu Oil can significantly reduce the TC, HDL-C and LDL-C in hyperlipidemic rats. Water extract can reduce LDL-C. Compared with the model control group, the hepatotoxicity in the liver of the rats treated with volatile oil was significantly reduced. Conclusion: The unsaponifiable matter of Volatile Oil has significant hypolipidemic effect.
