为高效去除建筑室内环境颗粒污染以创造良好室内空气环境,提出一种采用纳米纤维材料过滤颗粒污染物的方法。通过静电纺丝法制作的纳米级纤维材料具有孔隙率高、比表面积大、吸附性和过滤性强等优势,为高效过滤颗粒物提供新介质。分析表明其中采用聚丙烯腈(PAN)做聚合材料能够保证较高的单纤维捕捉能力,对细颗粒污染物PM2.5去除率达到95%以上,能够大幅度地提高建筑室内环境空气中超细粒子去除率。
In order to effectively remove the indoor environment particle pollution to create a good indoor air environment, a method of using nanofiber materials to filter particulate pollutants is proposed. The nano-fiber material produced by electrospinning has the advantages of high porosity, large specific surface area, strong adsorption and filtration, and provides a new medium for high-efficiency filtration of particles. The analysis shows that using polyacrylonitrile (PAN) as the polymeric material can ensure high single fiber capture ability, and achieve the removal rate of more than 95% of the fine particulate pollutant PM2.5, which can greatly improve the ultrafine air in the building indoor environment Particle removal rate.
