全媒体时代信息生产主体多元化、议程设置普遍化和以用户为中心的传播特征与现代人媒介化的生存状态相互碰撞和融合,挑战主流意识形态的供给能力。当前意识形态供给侧管理理念科学性不足,媒体技术、传媒文化、媒介素养成为制约意识形态管理的短板。为此,推进意识形态管理供给侧改革,展现当代中国特色社会主义意识形态的优势与魅力,坚持党管媒体原则,强化供给阵地建设,创新意识形态管理思路,切实提高有效供给,是提高意识形态管理科学化水平的必由之路。
