目的探讨弹性髓内针治疗儿童长骨的效果。方法2006年至2008年,采用弹性髓内针治疗儿童股骨干骨折14例,男9例,女5例,年龄3岁～10岁,平均6.7岁。结果手术复位满意,固定稳定,骨折愈合良好。结论弹性髓内针是治疗儿童股骨干骨折的良好方法,具有创伤小,愈合快、并发症少、取出方便的特点。
Objective To investigate the effect of elastic intramedullary nailing on long bones in children. Methods From 2006 to 2008, 14 cases of femoral shaft fractures were treated with elastic intramedullary nailing. There were 9 males and 5 females, ranging in age from 3 to 10 years (average 6.7 years). Results satisfactory surgical reduction, stable, fracture healing well. Conclusion Flexible intramedullary nailing is a good method for the treatment of femoral shaft fractures in children. It has the advantages of less trauma, faster healing, fewer complications and easy removal.
