In the first half of this year, foreign investment in Vietnam continued to show a downward trend. According to the statistics of Vietnam’s Ministry of Planning and Investment, as of June 20, a total of 135 foreign permits for Vietnam’s investment projects were issued nationwide in Vietnam with a total contract investment of 346 million U.S. dollars. Compared with the same period of last year, the project increased by 6% while contract investment dropped by 43%. In the first half of this year, the actual foreign investment in Vietnam is about
