“Dividing the Classroom ” is a classroom reform strategy put forward by Professor Zhang Xuexin which aims at the major problems of current university learning mainly teaching by teachers, so that the autonomy of college students can not give full play to other major issues. The core idea is to allocate half of the class time for teachers to teach the other half of the time to discuss the students, teacher teaching and student discussion of the time staggered, allowing students a week after class to arrange their own study, personalized internalization absorption, The corresponding assessment methods emphasize the process of evaluation, and pay attention to students’ different learning needs. Many practical cases show that “sub-class” is suitable for college classroom teaching, which can enhance students’ initiative in learning. Based on the optimal design of the pre-school psychology course, this article explores the feasibility of practice teaching under the new mode of “sub-classroom”.
