据临床报告:农吉利甲素(野百合硷)对皮肤癌、宫颈癌、白血病确有疗效;在动物实验中也证明有明显的抗癌作用.为探讨其抗癌机理,我们在前段工作中已初步发现:农吉利甲素可降低小白鼠S_(180)瘤组织DNA和RNA含量及~(32)P掺入量,初步揭示了:农吉利甲素的抗癌作用与抑制瘤组织核酸生物合成密切相关.为进一步证实农吉利甲素对人体和动物癌细胞(包括内脏癌)的抗癌作用及进一步证实农吉利甲素抗癌机理与癌细胞核酸生物合成的关系,我们采用RNA氚标记前身物——~3H-尿嘧啶核苷掺入人体肝癌、人体鼻咽癌和小白鼠S_(180)、艾氏腹水癌等癌细胞RNA的方法来进一步证
