2007年国家公务员报名中最炙手可热的岗位,当属国家广电总局人事教育司干部人事管理一职,供求比再创新高,接近1比4200。公务员报考竞争一年比一年激烈,早已有目共睹,然而激烈到4200人争1个职位,还是大大出乎人们的想象。越来越多的大学毕业生挤向公务员这座独木桥,除了“官本位”的牵引,社会其他职业发展空间的窄化,也是一个重要因素。换言之,公务员热的另一面,是创业激情的降温。在一个充满活力和机会的社会,人们的成功标准、个人的职业取向都会是多元化的,

Civil service exam competition year after year intense, already obvious to all, however, fierce to 4,200 people for a position, or far beyond the imagination. More and more college graduates are crowding the single-handed civil servants. In addition to the “official standard” traction, narrowing of other occupational development spaces in society is also an important factor. In other words, the other side of the civil service fever is the cooling off of entrepreneurial passion. In a dynamic and opportunistic society, people’s standards of success and individual’s professional orientation will all be diverse.
