在实验室条件下通过对春小麦和夏玉米生长中叶片延伸速率(LER)、渗透势(Ψ_S)、叶水势(Ψ_L)的测定,研究温度与水分胁迫对春小麦和夏玉米叶片延伸生长的影响结果表明,随温度升高,作物叶片延伸速率先上升,在27℃左右达最大值而后迅速下降;且在不同土壤水势条件下叶片延伸速率随温度变化的幅度不同,随土壤水势的降低其叶片延伸速率也降低,且叶片延伸速率与土壤水势的变化呈线性关系。土壤水势、温度的变化引起膨压(Ψ_P)的变化,而膨压的变化又引起叶片延伸速率的变化。总趋势是随膨压的增加其叶片延伸速率也增大,且温度与土壤水势共同胁迫对玉米叶片延伸速率影响最大。
The effects of temperature and water stress on the leaf extension of spring wheat and summer maize were studied under laboratory conditions by measuring the leaf elongation rate (LER), osmotic potential (Ψ_S) and leaf water potential (Ψ_L) in spring wheat and summer maize. The results showed that with the increase of temperature, the extension rate of crop leaves first increased and reached the maximum at 27 ℃ and then decreased rapidly. Under different soil water potential conditions, the rate of leaf elongation varied with temperature. With the decrease of soil water potential, The rate also decreased, and the leaf extension rate and the change of soil water potential showed a linear relationship. The change of soil water potential and temperature caused the change of turgor pressure (Ψ_P), and the change of turgor pressure caused the change of leaf extension rate. The general trend is that as the turgor increases, the extension rate of the leaves also increases, and the co-effect of temperature and soil water potential has the greatest effect on the extension rate of the corn leaves.
