1.概述我厂生产的70锰铸钢轧辊属实心园柱体形铸件,体收缩较大。铸造工艺采用立式浇注冷型括砂(见图1)。过去采用砂型冒口,如果维护不良,会出现缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷。为了获得合格铸件,必须在铸件的热节处安放较大的冒口,才能达到充分补缩的目的。这样不仅增加金属的消耗,又降低了工艺出品率。生产实践表明,使用保温冒口新工艺是提高经济效益的有效途径之一。
1. Overview The 70 manganese cast steel roll produced by our factory is a solid cylindrical body castings with large body shrinkage. Casting process using vertical pouring cold sand (see Figure 1). Past the use of sand riser, if not properly maintained, there will be shrinkage, shrinkage and other casting defects. In order to obtain qualified castings, large risers must be placed in the hot section of the castings in order to achieve the purpose of sufficient shrinkage. This will not only increase the consumption of metal, but also reduce the craft yield. Production practice shows that the use of thermal riser new technology is an effective way to improve economic efficiency.
