在计划经济条件下,文化作为宣传和教育的工具只是被当作一项公益事业完全由国家包办,文化与产业基本上绝缘,也就谈不上什么文化产业,因此文化产业理论与实践只是随着市场经济体制的建立而运生,它在我国加入WTO之后的现阶段仍处於发育成长时期。因而我国的文化产业是否能够以及如何以自己尚未发育健全的肌体应对入世所带来的机遇与挑战,是每一个关心中华民族文化事业命运的人所关注的。
Under the conditions of a planned economy, culture as a tool for propaganda and education is only treated as a public welfare undertaking which is completely covered by the state. Culture and industry are basically insulated and no cultural industry is defined. Therefore, the theory and practice of culture industry are just With the establishment of a market economy system, it is still in the period of growth and development at the present stage after China’s accession to the WTO. Therefore, whether or not the cultural industry in our country can and how to deal with the opportunities and challenges brought about by China’s entry into the WTO with its own well-developed body is the concern of everyone concerned with the fate of the Chinese cultural undertaking.
