为更有效控制单斗液压挖掘机设备在运作过程中能量损失,同时减少系统发热,使工作性能得到一定的改善,采用分工况节能控制系统设计。本方法通过传感器将挖掘机负荷传到微机,微机对挖掘机的工作状态进行判断,在此基础上对发动机进行控制,最终实现节能的目的。
