中国改革开放三十年艺术设计学科从无到有,从小到大,从单一到多元的发展历程。1999年起全国高校扩招,目前进入我校的新生多了近两倍,有限的教育资源对比教学对象的日益庞大,老师们普遍感到压力与担忧。笔者近期随本校考察团到中央美术学院设计学院、清华大学美术学院、北京服装学院、天津美术学院设计学院、鲁迅美术学院设计学院访问调研,通过实地参观,面对面与专业老师们交流,收集到了第一手的考察资料,本文将以新时期高等设计教育的场所理念作为出发点,结合对中央美术学院与广州美术学院两校情况的分析,对当下国内院校不同的管理机制与教学模式的思考,探讨如何建立以师生为本的更趋合理的教学管理和教育场所。

I recently with the school delegation to the Central Academy of Fine Arts Design Institute of Fine Arts, Tsinghua University, Beijing Institute of Clothing, Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts Design Institute, Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts Institute of Design visits, through field visits, face to face with professional teachers to exchange, collected Based on the survey data of one hand, this article will take the concept of higher design education as a starting point. Combining the analysis of the situation between the two schools of the Central Academy of Fine Arts and the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, this paper analyzes the different management mechanisms and teaching modes of the current domestic colleges, Discuss how to establish a more reasonable teaching management and education place based on teachers and students.
