本文着重分析总结了善导意识、榜样意识、微笑意识、惩罚意识和责任意识等五种教育意识。根据教育实践和经验,中职班主任在教育教学中践行这五种意识,能有效地提高教育教学效果,增强中职学生整体素质。 This article analyzes and summarizes five kinds of education consciousness, such as awareness of good guidance, role of example, smile, punishment and awareness of responsibility. According to the practice and experience of education, the teachers in secondary vocational schools practice these five kinds of consciousness in education and teaching, which can effectively improve the teaching effect and enhance the overall quality of secondary vocational students.
