对于发电侧开放的电力市场,如果忽略输电损耗对竞价上网的影响,采用发电报价直接竞价对发电商是不公平的。分析了电网功率的物理分布情况,给出了节点负荷和线路损耗与电源提供功率分量的解析表达式,通过功率分解求出了电源在供电路径上输送的功率及产生的损耗。以费用流守恒为原则,从电源节点开始计算电源在输电网络各节点的电价,构建了电源的发电报价网损修正模型。提出电源的报价应该以电厂为单位报价,而不应该以机组为单位报价,并用网损修正的电厂报价构造了日前市场交易模型。改进IEEE 14节点系统的算例分析结果验证了该模型的可行性和有效性。
For the electricity market with power generation side open, if the transmission loss is ignored, the direct bidding using generation bidding is not fair to the power producers. The physical distribution of grid power is analyzed. The analytic expressions of node load, line loss and power supply are given. The power delivered by the power supply on the power supply path is calculated by power factorization and the resulting loss. The principle of cost flow conservation, starting from the power node to calculate the power grid in the grid nodes of electricity prices, build a power generation quotation network loss correction model. It is suggested that the quotation of power supply should be quoted by the power plant rather than the price quoted by the unit, and the day-ahead market transaction model should be constructed by quoting the power plant with the network loss correction. The result of the example analysis of IEEE 14-bus system verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of this model.
