马铃薯叶子感染A.solani后,观察到寄主植株α-糖苷酶的感应.所研究9个品种抗病性与叶子感染A.solani程度为显著相关.感病品种越重的叶子越能表达感应α-糖苷酶的活性.叶子α-糖苷酶活性感应水平可以作为测试马铃薯抗病性的方法.在番茄愈伤组织上培养的A.solani显著提高了侵袭力和α-糖苷酶感应能力,而在马铃薯培养基上这两个指标相对比较低.在番茄愈伤组织上培养A.solani可以恢复分离菌固有侵袭力水平
Potato leaf infection A. Solani, the induction of α-glucosidase by the host plant was observed. The resistance of 9 cultivars and leaf infection were studied. The degree of solani is significantly related. More susceptible varieties of leaves more expression of induction of α-glucosidase activity. The level of leaf α-glucosidase activity induction can be used as a method of testing potato disease resistance. A. callus cultured on tomato Solani significantly increased invasiveness and α-glucosidase responsiveness, whereas these two indicators were relatively low on potato medium.
