目的 探讨蛇葡萄素对实验性结肠炎模型大鼠肠炎的治疗作用及对血清和结肠超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响.方法 将60只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、柳氮磺吡啶对照组、蛇葡萄素低剂量组、蛇葡萄素中剂量组、蛇葡萄素高剂量组6组,每组10只.除正常对照组外,其它5组以三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)/乙醇复制实验性结肠炎大鼠模型,24h后分别灌胃给药7d,测定各组大鼠疾病活动指数(DAI)、结肠炎大体损伤评分(CMDI)、结肠组织病理学评分(HPS)、血清和结肠组织SOD活力和MDA含量.结果 中、高剂量蛇葡萄素组和柳氮磺吡啶组大鼠DAI、CMDI及结肠HPS显著低于模型组(P<0.05),血清和结肠SOD活力显著高于模型组(P<0.05),MDA含量显著低于模型组(P<0.05);中、高剂量蛇葡萄素组和柳氮磺吡啶组3组之间相比无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论 蛇葡萄素对TNBS/乙醇诱导的大鼠实验性结肠炎有良好的抗炎作用,抗氧化作用可能是其减轻结肠炎性损伤的机制之一.“,”Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of ampelopsin(AMP) on experimental colitis in rats and to explore the influence in superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content.Method Sixty SpragueDawley(SD) rats were randomly grouped into normal controls.To estabilish rat experimental colitis model with 2,4,6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid,and low,medium,high-dose ampelopsin (AMP) and salicylazosulfapyridine (SASP) were given by gastric gavage twice daily for 7d.Disease activity index(DAI),colon macroscopic damage index (CMDI),colon histopathological score (HPS),SOD activity and MDA content of serum and colon were measured.Results DAI,CMDI and colon HPS in medium,high-dose AMP and SASP groups were significantly lower than those of model group (P<0.05).SOD activity of serum and colon in medium,high-dose AMP and SASP groups were significantly higher than those of model group (P< 0.05).MDA contents of serum and colon were significantly lower than those of model group (P<0.05).And there were no statistically significant differences between the three groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Ampelopsin attenuates TNBS/ethanol-induced colitis in rats and its efficacy is similar to SASP,one of the mechanisms might be related to antioxidant effect.
