目前,我国正在开展超大输量天然气管道的研究工作,而快开盲板一直是制约国内油气管道关键设备国产化的“瓶颈”之一。12.6 MPa、DN1 550快开盲板因结构复杂、压力高、直径大、温度低以及承受冲击载荷大等原因,而使得其研制与应用面临较多的技术难题。以新疆北天山气侯环境以及直径1 422 mm、压力12 MPa的天然气管道为基本条件,采用有限元分析与应力测试验证方法,通过整机低温性能试验、结构与材料优化、发明缓冲装置等创新设计措施,研制出2台12.6 MPa、DN1 550安全自锁型快开盲板,并通过性能测试与工程应用,验证了产品的可靠性,为超大输量管道建设提供了技术储备。
At present, China is carrying out research on super-large-volume natural gas pipelines, and quick-opening blinds have always been one of the bottlenecks that restrict the domestication of key equipment for domestic oil and gas pipelines. 12.6 MPa, DN1 550 quick-opening blind due to complex structure, high pressure, large diameter, low temperature and bear the impact of large load and other reasons, which makes its research and application are faced with more technical problems. Based on the climate of North Tianshan in Xinjiang and the natural gas pipeline with a diameter of 1,422 mm and a pressure of 12 MPa, finite element analysis and stress test are used to verify the method. The low temperature performance test, structure and material optimization, Design measures, two sets of 12.6 MPa, DN1 550 self-locking snap-in blinds have been developed. Through the performance test and engineering application, the reliability of the products has been verified and the technical reserve has been provided for the construction of super-large-volume transmission pipelines.
