长期研究表明,钙离子在生物体内有广泛作用,涉及到细胞运动、吞噬和分泌、糖原代谢、DNA合成和细胞分裂、神经递质释放、肌肉收缩等等。近年来,引起人们极大兴趣的是钙离子作为细胞内信号,参与信息传递。但不论是在淋巴细胞还是其他一些细胞中,钙信号的作用机制现在仍不清楚。许多实验表明,在B淋巴细胞活化过程中细胞内钙离子浓度升高。为此,学者们使用离子载体、钙离子阻断剂、有丝分裂素等对淋巴细胞进行了详细研究,确定B淋巴细胞活化所发生的早期变化之一是细胞内钙离子浓度的升高。Pozzan等
Long-term studies have shown that calcium ions have a wide range of roles in the body, including cell movement, phagocytosis and secretion, glycogen metabolism, DNA synthesis and cell division, neurotransmitter release, muscle contraction and so on. In recent years, people are greatly interested in calcium ion as intracellular signal involved in information transmission. However, whether in lymphocytes or other cells, the mechanism of action of calcium signaling is still unclear. Many experiments show that intracellular calcium concentration is elevated during B lymphocyte activation.
