此试验通过对辣椒花药培养供体植株的栽培方式、盆栽基质消毒与否、花蕾消毒方法不同处理的污染率比较。结果表明,供体植株的栽培方式对辣椒花药培养的污染率有显著影响。盆栽且基质勿需经过高温高压灭菌,就可以显著降低污染率。花蕾在接种前,采用常规消毒方法,即可达到理想消毒效果。花蕾经过预处理后,消毒液可采用0.01%的氯化汞溶液,消毒液中不必添加吐温。
The experiment compares the pollution rate of different treatments of the cultivation methods of the donor plants of the pepper anther culture, the disinfection of the potting substrate or the buds disinfection method.
