为确定最佳热源位置和相应的管网布置方案,采用风险评估的相关理论,在基于风险的化工园区(CIP)供热布局优化模型的基础上,结合C语言编写的单亲遗传算法主程序,运用Qt开发基于风险的热网热源智能检索系统,最后将该系统应用到具体实例。结果表明:基于风险的布局优化扩展了布局优化的研究思路;使用该系统能实现热网、热源的智能定位,找到最佳热源位置和相应的管网布置方案。实例表明,该化工园区的最佳热源位置点为节点26,且应用该系统时,网络图谱中待选热源点越多,优化结果越好。
In order to determine the optimal heat source location and the corresponding pipe network layout scheme, based on the risk assessment theory, based on the heating layout optimization model of risk-based chemical park (CIP), combined with the main program of single parent genetic algorithm in C language, Using Qt to develop risk-based heat net heat source intelligent retrieval system, and finally apply the system to specific examples. The results show that layout optimization based on risk extends the research idea of layout optimization. Using this system, the intelligent positioning of heat network and heat source can be realized, and the best heat source location and corresponding pipe network layout can be found. The example shows that the optimal heat source location point of the chemical park is node 26, and when the system is used, the more heat sources to be selected in the network map and the better the optimization result.
