本文试图运用系统原理，分析和概括中华古人管理之道的精髓，并建立管理要素结构模式和管理目标体系模式，进行综合论证，古人的管理之道是一个以儒家思想为主线的大系统。
This article attempts to analyze and summarize the quintessence of the ancient Chinese management, and establish the mode of management factor structure and the model of the management target system, and carry on the comprehensive argumentation. The management of the ancients is a big system which takes Confucianism as the main line.
