耳真菌病的治疗仍是临床一难题.哪一种抗真菌剂最有效?尚无一致意见.由298例耳真菌病患者中,分离出14类共51株真菌.其中曲霉菌属66.45%、白色念珠菌属15.13%、分枝孢子菌属3.62%、拟青霉菌属2.63%、毛霉菌属2.30%、链格孢属1.65%、镰刀菌属0.98%.对这些分离出来的真菌,进行了克霉唑、益康唑、密康唑和Cyclopirox-olamine的体外试验研究.结果表明克霉唑和益康唑最有效,所检出的真菌均可被这两种药剂在0.1～4μg/ml
The treatment of ear fungal disease is still a clinical problem.Which is the most effective antifungal? There is no consensus .From 298 cases of ear fungal patients, 14 strains were isolated from a total of 51 strains of fungi which Aspergillus 66.45% 15.13% of Candida albicans, 3.62% of Cladosporium, 2.63% of Paecilomyces, 2.30% of Mucor, 1.65% of Alternaria, and 0.98% of Fusarium. Of these isolated fungi, Clotrimazole, econazole, metronidazole and Cyclopirox-olamine in vitro.The results showed that clotrimazole and econazole most effective, the detected fungi can be these two agents in the 0.1 ~ 4μg / ml
