一项富有新意的“档案工作” 这是1997年初春晴暖的一天,我来到了坐落在曲阳路上的上海服机公司。我来这里是因为我要采访一项可谓富有新意的“档案工作”在这里开展的情况;也更因为这里的“经验”不定能给他人以启迪! 我说的一项富有新意的“档案工作”,即是指服机公司党组织对职工的心理心态作深入调查、了解、设制了列有“人际关系、工作岗位、健康因素、市场地位、知识技能、家庭关系、工作负荷、需求期望”等具有现代气息的八大心态“问卷调查表”,还绘制出了“职工心理状态图”,划出心理警戒线,输入电脑,并作阶段性补充修改,再滚动输入电脑,从而为职工建立起”心理心态档案”。据知,这样一来,企业领导便便于对职工的思想状态从心理心态角度作全面深入
