文章针对传统PID直流电机调速系统转速超调量过高、调节速度不精确的问题,利用H桥式电路结构,设计了一种双闭环直流脉宽调速控制控制系统。实现直流电机四象限可逆运行,并对控制器参数进行了整定。建立了系统Simulink模型并进行仿真,验证该系统具备良好的动态性能。
Aimed at the problem of overdriving speed overshoot and inaccurate speed regulation of traditional PID DC motor speed regulation system, a double closed-loop DC pulse width speed control system was designed by using H-bridge circuit structure. Four-quadrant DC motor can be reversibly operated, and the controller parameters are set. The system Simulink model is established and simulated to verify the system has good dynamic performance.
