本文以南京栖霞山化肥厂为实验现场,应用时间序列分析技术研究了循环冷却水的动态变化,理论建模和控制。研究结果认为循环冷却永pH值的动态变化具有随机周期性,它与加酸速度和间隔时间有关。
In this paper, Qixiashan Chemical Fertilizer Plant in Nanjing was used as experimental site, and the dynamic changes, theoretical modeling and control of circulating cooling water were studied by time series analysis. The results show that the dynamic change of the permanent pH value of the recirculating cooling has a random periodicity, which is related to the speed of adding acid and the interval time.
