目的探讨血清基质蛋白酶的表达与病情转归之间的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附方法,检测外周血清MMP-2、MMP-9及TIMP-1含量。结果发病初期患者MMP-2、MMP-9水平明显增高,随急性脑梗死发病时间的延长,MMP-2、MMP-9水平逐渐降低;TIMP-1发病初期降低,24 h后迅速升高,后逐渐降低。结论急性脑梗死临床症状愈重,MMP-2、MMP-9、TIMP-1表达愈显著。病变程度主要与病变的部位,病变大小有关,MMP-2、MMP-9、TIMP-1在不同时间也不相同。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum matrix protease expression and disease outcome. Methods The levels of MMP-2, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in peripheral blood were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in patients with early stage of onset were significantly increased. The levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 gradually decreased with the onset of acute cerebral infarction. The levels of MMP-2 and TIMP- Gradually decreases. Conclusion The more severe the clinical symptoms of acute cerebral infarction, the more obvious the expression of MMP-2, MMP-9 and TIMP-1. The degree of lesion is mainly related to the location of the lesion and the size of the lesion. The MMP-2, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 are also different at different times.
