随着我国铁路的深化改革,对铁路轨道装备制造企业来说是契机,也是挑战。我国轨道交通建设正在稳步推进,未来10年将是轨道交通领域发展高峰期、运营成熟期的关键时期。面对契机和挑战,剖析了铁路轨道装备制造企业的生产管理现状,在探索和实践中引入ERP信息化管理、TOC约束理论、T型管理模式等先进管理理念和管理方法,从生产计划、生产调度信息管理、过程控制等方面介绍了现代化管理的提升及改进效果。
With the deepening reform of China’s railways, railway track equipment manufacturing enterprises is an opportunity, but also a challenge. China’s rail transit construction is steadily advancing, the next 10 years will be the rapid development of rail transit in the field, the key period of operational maturity. Faced with the opportunities and challenges, this paper analyzes the status quo of production management of railway track equipment manufacturing enterprises, introduces advanced management concepts and management methods such as ERP information management, TOC constraint theory and T-management mode in exploration and practice, and from the aspects of production planning, production Scheduling information management, process control and other aspects of the introduction of modern management to enhance and improve the effect.
