德国汉莎航空从今年8月1日开始正式为德国的西门子公司和大众汽车公司开通了直连(Direct Connect)渠道,让他们的出差人员去进行机票的预订。这个项目是从今年3月份就开始进行测试,期间只有几个特定部门通过这个渠道进行预订,到今天已经开放给所有在德国的西门子人员,据笔者了解,直连预订渠道暂时只有线上,所有线下预订还是通过原来的方法,就是商旅管理公司TMC。西门子公司本身就是一家具有很大规模的公司,相信也是汉莎其中一家全球最大客户之一,总部也在德国,自然一拍即合,通过这个项目汉莎宣称可以为西门子每年带来六位数字(欧元)的节省。
