目的:检测胰腺癌患者血清中多种肿瘤标志物水平,评价肿瘤标志物蛋白质芯片对胰腺癌的诊断价值。方法:应用自动化蛋白质芯片系统分别检测42例胰腺癌和35例胰腺良性疾病患者血清中12种肿瘤标志物水平。结果:胰腺癌血清中肿瘤标志物糖链抗原199(u/ml)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(ng/ml)、糖链抗原242(u/ml)、癌抗原125(u/ml)、癌抗原15-3(u/ml)水平分别为530.47±337.11、22.83±42.62、106.45±92.26、32.89±24.32、33.23±16.82;胰腺良性疾病中分别为37.24±28.71、1.89±1.14、8.62±8.67、12.97±14.62、7.67±5.32。这5种标志物在胰腺良恶性疾病血清中表达水平差异有显著性(P<0.05)。肿瘤标志物蛋白质芯片诊断胰腺癌的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为78.6%、79.1%、64.7%、88.3%。结论:肿瘤标志物蛋白质芯片对胰腺良恶性疾病的鉴别诊断和肿瘤筛查具有一定的价值
Objective: To detect the levels of serum tumor markers in pancreatic cancer patients and to evaluate the diagnostic value of tumor marker protein chips in pancreatic cancer. Methods: The serum protein levels of 12 tumor markers in 42 patients with pancreatic cancer and 35 patients with benign pancreatic diseases were detected by automated protein chip system. Results: The tumor markers glycogenin 199 (u / ml), neuron specific enolase (ng / ml), carbohydrate antigen 242 (u / ml) , Respectively. The levels of 15-3 (u / ml) in cancer antigen were 530.47 ± 337.11,22.83 ± 42.62,106.45 ± 92.26,32.89 ± 24.32,33.23 ± 16.82, respectively. The levels of cancer antigens were 37.24 ± 28.71, 1.89 ± 1.14 and 8.62 ± 8.67, 12.97 ± 14.62, 7.67 ± 5.32. The expression of these five markers in benign and malignant pancreatic diseases was significantly different (P <0.05). The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of tumor marker protein chip in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer were 78.6%, 79.1%, 64.7% and 88.3%, respectively. Conclusion: The tumor marker protein chip has certain value in the differential diagnosis and tumor screening of benign and malignant pancreatic diseases
