平果大黄豆是右江河谷地区一个高产、优质、粒大,适应性广的中晚熟黄豆良种。该种原是平果县太平公社红卫大队第十二生产队的一个社员亲属于1969年从北京郊区引进来的一种无名黄豆品种。经过多年的栽培驯化,已成为平果县种植面积最大的当家品种。近年来,该黄豆种已引到田东、田阳、百色、武鸣、隆安等地推广种植。 Pinggu big bean is Youjiang Valley a high yield, high quality, grain size, wide adaptability in the late-maturing yellow bean varieties.
