利多卡因是一种常用的局部麻醉药和抗心律失常药,应用于表面局麻、神经传导阻滞、椎管内阻滞及快速型室性心律失常。中国药典采用非水滴定法和提取容量法测定含量,方法比较繁琐。虽有其它方法报道,如气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法等,但均需较贵重的仪器。我们将含利多卡因的活性物质涂敷于场效应晶体管的栅极铂丝上,研制成一种新型的传感器——利多卡因-SFET。测试了各项性能参数,并用于盐酸利多卡因原料药及注射液的含量测定,结果比较满意。
Lidocaine is a commonly used local anesthetics and antiarrhythmic drugs, used in the surface of the local anesthesia, nerve block, spinal block and rapid ventricular arrhythmia. Chinese Pharmacopoeia non-aqueous titration and extraction volumetric method for the determination of content, the method is cumbersome. Although there are other methods reported, such as gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, but more expensive instruments. We applied the active substance containing lidocaine to the gate platinum wire of field-effect transistor to develop a new type of sensor - lidocaine-SFET. The performance parameters were tested and used for the determination of lidocaine hydrochloride and injection. The results were satisfactory.
