行为-心理测定量表对青少年水果蔬菜摄入的评价

目的编制青少年水果蔬菜摄入行为-心理测定量表,评价其信度和效度。方法采用多阶段抽样法对三个城市3600名中学生进行问卷调查。用Cronbach’sα系数和分半信度检验其信度;用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析检验其结构效度,用条目-维度相关系数(IIC)、维度间相关系数、总分与维度间的相关系数检验内容效度。结果该量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.917,改变策略、决策平衡正向效应、决策平衡负向效应、自我效能四个维度的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.917、0.869、0.679、0.846;总量表的分半信度为0.929,各分半信度在0.312~0.882;探索性因子分析显示:三个维度的条目分别全部被纳入,且累计贡献率均大于50%;验证性因子分析显示:绝对拟合优度指标中GFI=0.983、AGFI=0.971、RMSEA=0.030(90%可信区间=0.028-0.032)均满足条件,模型拟合较好;IIC结果显示,四个维度与所含条目之间的Spearman相关系数的范围分别为0.508~0.778、0.719~0.825、0.561~0.790、0.659~0.779,各维度之间有中度的相关关系,r值范围0.474~0.597。结论青少年水果蔬菜行为-心理测定量表在中学生中具有较好的信度和效度,在整体上适用于国内青少年水果蔬菜行为-心理的测量。 Objective To prepare juvenile fruit and vegetable intake behavior-psychometric scale and evaluate its reliability and validity. Methods A multi-stage sampling method was used to survey 3,600 middle school students in three cities.
