为了评价紧急事件的发生对高速公路交通系统的影响程度,建立紧急事件的评价指标体系。从事件发生对交通延误的影响着手,重点分析事件发生对于交通延误的影响过程和相应的延误指标。首先界定了紧急事件,并分析了其对道路的影响程度。进而在交通工程学、系统工程学、网络分析理论的基础上研究了紧急事件的发生对高速公路系统的影响过程。通过图形和定性分析,并运用交通流理论、波动理论、延误分析方法给出了紧急事件发生对高速公路交通系统延误的影响指标和算法。
In order to evaluate the impact of emergencies on the expressway traffic system, an evaluation index system for emergency is established. Starting from the impact of the incident on traffic delays, the paper mainly analyzes the impact of the incident on traffic delays and the corresponding delay indicators. First define the emergency and analyze its impact on the road. Then on the basis of traffic engineering, system engineering and network analysis theory, the impact of emergency on the expressway system is studied. Through the graphic and qualitative analysis, and using the theory of traffic flow, wave theory and delay analysis, the paper gives the index and algorithm of the impact of emergency on the expressway traffic system delay.
