黄堇挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析

目的分析黄堇挥发油成分。方法用水蒸气蒸馏和气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对黄堇所含的挥发油成分进行了分离分析。结果共鉴定出26种化合物,占挥发油总成分的92.62%。结论黄堇挥发油中主要化学成分是2-(1-甲基乙氧基)-乙醇(18.32%)、3-甲基-6-(1-甲基乙基)-环己烯(12.83%)、3-己烯-1-醇(10.67%)、3,7-二甲基-1,6-辛二烯-3-醇(8.17%)、4,4-二甲基-3-己醇(4.36%)等。 Objective To analyze the composition of the volatile oil from Astragalus membranaceus Methods The components of volatile oil contained in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were separated by steam distillation and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results A total of 26 compounds were identified, accounting for 92.62% of the total volatile oil components. Conclusion The main chemical constituents in the volatile oil of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi are 2-(1-methylethoxy)-ethanol (18.32%) and 3-methyl-6-(1-methylethyl)-cyclohexene (12.83%). 3-hexen-1-ol (10.67%), 3,7-dimethyl-1,6-octadien-3-ol (8.17%), 4,4-dimethyl-3-hexanol (4.36%) etc.
