在汽车修理中,光削制动蹄片可以消除零件组装后的积累误差。我厂曾经试制和使用过一种刀杆走刀式光削制动蹄片机,结构简单,但通用性差。针对这种情况,我们通过参观学习,综合分析了各种类型光削机的优缺点,又试制了这种新的光削制动蹄片机(图1),经投产使用表明,工作稳定,操作方便,加工光洁度及精度均符合要求。该机的特点是中心高度可调,通用性强,有快速退刀,结构紧凑,移动灵活。光削机主要由减速箱、锥齿轮箱、进给箱、中心高度调节装置及机体定止装置等组成。减速箱如图2所示。减速箱与底架是连成一体的。

Optical cutting machine mainly by the gear box, bevel gear box, feed box, the center height adjustment device and the body stop device and so on. Gearbox shown in Figure 2. The gearbox and the chassis are connected together.
