客户关系管理作为企业营销链条中的重要一环,对于建立以及维护企业与客户之间的联系有统筹作用。作为一个体系,客户关系管理掌握着企业的命脉、资源和财富,是企业良性发展的催化剂和动力,也是企业维持竞争力的保证。而客户信息管理,作为企业管理手段之一,是维护客户关系管理有序执行的工具。信息管理阶段信息收集和录入的方法是否科学有效决定了企业客户资源的质量,最终决定产品和服务的决策。所以说,客户信息对于客户关系管理有着决定性的作用,进一步讲,客户信息的有效性决定了企业的发展和利益最大化的实现。本文通过简述客户关系管理的内容和客户信息系统的作用来论述客户信息对于客户关系管理的巨大影响。
