针对目前铝合金消失模铸造时产生大量的气孔问题,采取PLC控制铝合金消失模铸造型腔压力变化。介绍了铝合金消失模铸造的工艺流程,推导出型腔内泡沫模型分解的气体压力数学方程式。分析了气体压力对铸造过程中产品质量的影响。采取PLC控制系统控制铝合金消失模铸造压力变化,对压力变化追踪误差进行仿真,并与压力PD控制进行对比。结果表明:采取PLC控制系统不仅压力追踪误差比PD控制系统小,而且适应时间比PD控制系统短,能够对铸造过程中压力变化作出快速反应。铝合金消失模铸造压力PLC控制系统,能够减少铸件产生大量气孔现象,提高铸件表面质量,效果较好。
In view of the current aluminum alloy lost foam casting produces a large number of stomatal problems, take PLC control of aluminum alloy lost foam casting cavity pressure changes. The technological process of aluminum alloy lost foam casting is introduced, and the equation of gas pressure for the decomposition of foam model in cavity is deduced. The effect of gas pressure on product quality during casting was analyzed. PLC control system is adopted to control the pressure variation of the lost foam casting of aluminum alloy, the tracking error of the pressure variation is simulated and compared with the pressure PD control. The results show that not only the pressure tracking error is smaller than the PD control system but also the adaptation time is shorter than that of the PD control system, the PLC control system can react quickly to the pressure changes in the casting process. Aluminum die casting pressure PLC control system, can reduce the casting produces a large number of pores, improve the surface quality of castings, the effect is better.
