本文第一部分,通过运动学分析,证明圈条盘斜管出口处的圈条绝对轨迹(平面曲线)是一偏心正圆,其偏心距见文中(6)式,并据以证明圈条盘与小压辊之间的传动比公式(5)是精确的,而不是近似的.本文第二部分,通过动力学分析探求自然形成的圈条空间曲线方程,如果按这一方程来设计斜管的曲线形状,则能大大减少条子所受的摩擦阻力,而有利于减少条子堵塞斜管的现象.
In the first part of this paper, through kinematics analysis, it is proved that the absolute track (plane curve) of the loop at the exit of the inclined tube of the coil strip is an eccentric perfect circle.
