1992年6月15～19日在德国奥伯尔斯多夫城举行了第18次欧洲林业委员会山地流域治理会议。会后还举行了为期1周的学术考察。出席会议的有奥地利、捷克斯洛伐克、芬兰、法国、德国、以色列、意大利、挪威、保加利亚、西班牙、英国等国的代表共39人,中国、几内亚、日本等国的观察员10人,联合国教科文组织、联合国粮农组织的代表3人。会议由主席、意大利的伐托内里(教育部,帕多瓦大学教授)主持。
The eighteenth European Commission on Forestry governance was held in Oberosdorf, Germany, from June 15 to June 19, 1992. After the meeting also held a one-week academic study. A total of 39 representatives from Austria, Czechoslovakia, Finland, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Norway, Bulgaria, Spain and the United Kingdom attended the meeting and 10 observers from China, Guinea, Japan and other countries, , 3 representatives of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. The meeting was chaired by the Chairman, Italy’s Cervantesi (Ministry of Education, University of Padua).
