目的观察氟斑牙青少年在固定矫治过程中菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)和牙龈指数(GI)的变化及相关性。方法选50例青少年正畸患者,按照氟斑牙指数分为轻、中、重及对照组4组,于正畸治疗的第3、6、9个月时对16、21、24、36、41、44,6个牙位进行牙周探诊与菌斑视诊,记录PLI、SBI及GI值,采用SPSS13.0软件对结果进行方差齐性检验及方差分析。结果在矫治3个月时,重度氟斑牙组的SBI值高于其余各组(P<0.05),在矫治6个月时,4组的PLI、SBI及GI值均有差异(P<0.01),在矫治9个月时重度氟斑牙的GI及SBI值显著高于其余各组(P<0.01)。结论氟斑牙可抑制矫治过程中菌斑的沉积,但可促进牙龈炎的发生,在矫治的早期,重度氟斑牙患者可出现牙龈炎。
Objective To observe the changes and correlations of plaque index (PLI), gingival sulcular bleeding index (SBI) and gingival index (GI) in adolescents with dental fluorosis. Methods Fifty cases of orthodontic patients were divided into 4 groups: light, medium and heavy according to the dental fluorosis index, and the control group. At the 3rd, 6th, and 9th months of orthodontic treatment, 16, 21, 24, 36, Periodontal exploration and plaque diagnosis were performed on 41, 44, and 6 teeth. The PLI, SBI and GI values were recorded. The results were tested for homogeneity of variance and variance using SPSS 13.0 software. Results The SBI of severe dental fluorosis group was significantly higher than that of the other three groups (P <0.05) at 3 months, and there was significant difference in PLI, SBI and GI between the 4 groups ). GI and SBI of severe dental fluorosis were significantly higher than those of other groups (P <0.01) at 9 months after correction. Conclusion Dental fluorosis can inhibit the deposition of plaque during the treatment, but it can promote the occurrence of gingivitis. In the early stage of orthodontics, gingivitis may occur in patients with severe dental fluorosis.
