本文从我国乡镇政务公开的实践出发，提出乡镇政务公开也要纳入制度化和法制化的轨道。在政务公开的具体运行机制上，本文从程序、内容、形式上进行了论述；在具体的运行环节上，本文从实行会计委派制度、乡镇建筑工程项目的招投标制度等方面对如何实现乡镇政府权力运行的规范化和法制化进行了探讨。
Based on the practice of the open administration of township government in our country, this paper puts forward that the openness of the township government affairs should also be incorporated into the track of institutionalization and legalization. In the specific operating mechanism of open government affairs, this paper discusses the procedure, content and form. On the specific operation link, this paper analyzes how to realize the township government by implementing the accounting appointment system and the bidding system of township construction projects. The normalization and legalization of power operation are discussed.
