报道了豌豆根腐病病菌培养滤液对豌豆胚根生长的抑制作用,随着根腐病菌系F1培养滤液浓度的增加,对前进1号、草原7号和草原12号胚根生长抑制率明显增强,经高温灭菌的培养滤液仍有较强的抑制作用。另外,测定了致病力程度不同的根腐病菌系F1、F11、F12培养滤液对前进1号豆苗的毒性,结果表明:菌系对豆苗毒性强弱与致病力呈正相关。
The inhibitory effect of the culture filtrate of pea root rot pathogen on the radicle growth of pea was reported. With the increase of concentration of F1 culture filtrate of root rot pathogen, the growth inhibition rate of radicle growth of Qianjin 1, Prairie 7 and Prairie 12 was significantly increased , The culture filtrate with high temperature sterilization still has a strong inhibitory effect. In addition, the toxicity of F1, F11 and F12 culture filtrates of root rot strains with different pathogenicity to Qiannou No.1 was determined. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between the virulence and the pathogenicity of the strain.
